Day 01 - Depart for Barcelona

Day 02 - Barcelona

Welcome to cosmopolitan Barcelona called by many the "Paris of the South". Your transfer will greet you and take you to your hotel.

This evening, start your culinary experience with a welcome dinner at one of the many popular restaurants which have earned Barcelona the reputation as Spain's culinary capital of the north. Afterwards, let our guides introduce you to the active night life which has established Barcelona as Europe's new Gay Mecca.

Day 03 - Barcelona

This morning your knowledgeable guide, will meet you at your hotel. Start your day with a visit to architect Antonio Gaudi's masterpiece, 'La Sagrada Familia', Barcelona's architectural landmark and one of the most admired buildings in the world. Afterwards walk along the elegant Paseo da Gracia and admire architect Antonio Gaudi's masterpieces, en route to Las Ramblas.

Continue to the old Gothic District. Here embark on a detailed walking tour of the former and once thriving Medieval/Jewish Quarter. Visit the Generalite Palace, once home to King James the Conqueror during the 13th century, the Roman Museum and many other sites of importance to Spanish history.

After a typical Catalonian lunch, tour the Pablo Picasso museum, which houses the largest retrospective and permanent exhibit of this great artist, and witness Picasso's different stages of art development.

Evening on your own. Tonight return to Barcelona's gay district for another night out in the town.

Day 04 - Barcelona - Girona - Barcelona

This morning travel by train to the medieval city of Girona, once an important Roman post during the 2nd century, where you'll be met by your guide. Tour its famous 'Call', the Gothic and former thriving Jewish Quarter during the 12th and 13th centuries. Visit the Arabian Baths and the medieval section of this fascinating historic city. After lunch (on your own) return to Barcelona. Evening on your own.

Day 05 - Barcelona - Tarragona - Barcelona

Enjoy the train ride to this unique historical city by the sea. Your guide will greet you at the train station. Start your visit with the Roman Museum a magnificent structure, full of archeological findings and underground tunnels which all lead to the remains of the Amphitheater. Continue on a walking tour of the original Jewish 'Call', the medieval quarter where you'll visit the 13th century burial monument built in honor of King James of Aragon, the Conqueror and the building where the first Inquisition tribunal was established during the 13th century.

Then partake in the local specialties and wine tasting during an exquisite lunch. After lunch, stroll along the promenade of this picturesque city before returning to Barcelona.

Day 06/07 - San Sebastian

This morning you depart for the regal city of San Sebastian by the Sea. Spend the next two days touring this majestic city. You'll visit the historic Quarter and the many museums that this city offers. Stroll by 'El Paseo de La Concha' and see the Cathedral of 'Buen Pastor'.

Day 08 - San Sebastian - Bilbao - San Sebastian

Today travel to Bilbao for the day. Start your tour with a visit to the magnificent Guggenheim Museum. Enjoy a detailed visit of the museum's architectural design, in addition to the permanent collection of art and temporary exhibits taking place. Then finished your tour of Bilbao by visiting the historic Quarter. After lunch, return to San Sebastian. This evening step out and visit the popular places where gay San Sebastian
meets.

Day 09/10 - Hondarribia

Spend your last two days in the glorious little medieval town of Hondarribia. Relax and meander through the small windings streets. Take in the majestic views of the bay. Shop in the small quaint stores lining the narrow streets, filled with little shops, restaurants and souvenirs.

Your last night say good bye to Spain with a farewell dinner in one of Hondarribia's most prestigious restaurants.

Day 11 - Return home via Barcelona

This morning you'll be driven to the airport for your return flight home via Barcelona.
